FusionExcel Sponsored Miss Malaysia World 2011 Finalists Revealed

A Press Conference was held on 21st July 2011 at the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa to officially introduce the Finalists selected for the Miss Malaysia World 2011 Pageant to the press, media and general public. Besides members of the press and media, invited guests include members of the Board of Advisors and Panel of Judges for the Miss Malaysia World 2011, Sponsors and FusionExcel Leaders.

Twenty five Finalists, each having her own attributes and charm were selected from more than 200 over applications. They were selected by a panel of 3 Judges, from auditions conducted in June.

Amongst the distinguished guests present during the press conference included Ms Nadia Heng, Miss World Malaysia 2010, Ms Thanuja Ananthan, Miss World Malaysia 2009, Ms Wendy Wong, TV Producer and Co-Founder of Production Seni 2020.

From the Board of Advisors were Puan Sri, Datin Seri Dr Susan Cheah (Exco Member of Sunway Group), Tan Sri Devaki Krishnan (President of the Universal Peace Foundation of Malaysia), Datin Prof. Dr Clara Chee (Founder /Chairperson of Clara International Beauty Group), Ms Sarojini Ruth (President of the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia) and Maggie Loo (FE Ambassador for Hope For Children Charity).

From the Panel of Judges for the Grand Finals were Ms Gillian Hung (President of Malaysian Official Designers’ Association (MODA)), Mr Carven Ong (Award Winning Fashion Designer and Principal of Carven Academy of Fashion) and Ms Thanuja Ananthan (Miss Malaysia World 2009).
