The 3rd FusionExcel Philippine National Convention was held Saturday, 9th July 20111 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) where, as Presidential Director King Fortuna and FE Director Dr. Anarie Reyes who were hosting the event put it, a "special gathering of the brightest minds in the industry" occurred. FE leaders from all over the Philippines gathered once again as one big family to empower each other and be uplifted as they aspire to achieve their goals in life.
The turnout for the event was UN-BELIEVE-ABLE as 2,200 FE Leaders gathered at PICC to celebrate the milestones, as well as the achievements, FusionExcel was able to reach the last few years.
Led by the FusionExcel's Founder CEO, Mr. Paul Ting, Founder Director Mr. KS Lee, Top Licensee Presidential Director Jeremy Looi, and Presidential Director Pastor Art Medina, it was indeed a showcase of successful names in the business
1st Powerful Speaker, Top Licensee Presidential Director Jeremy Looi
Presidential Director Jeremy took the stage first as he talked about how FusionExcel is the one and only platform that can let you reach the pinnacle of success and live the life of your dreams. He shared to all the FE Leaders who were there that they must have the determination to fight for all their goals and aspirations in life.
Presidential Director Jeremy said that in order for their dreams to come true, they must fight for their dreams to come true. Nobody can do it for them but they themselves. Presidential Director Jeremy expounded on the concept that they need to be warriors of their hopes and dreams and at Success Warrior, they will be taught how.

Success Warrior is a motivational workshop made available by FusionExcel for all its leaders who have that hunger to thrive and be successful in this business. Presidential Director Jeremy invited everyone to be a part of the coming Success Warrior this August 2011 and become warriors of their dreams!
2nd Powerful Speaker, FE's Founder CEO, Mr. Paul Ting
Our Founder CEO, Mr. Paul Ting, took center stage next and he recognized the 150 top-earning Presidential Directors of FusionExcel in Philippines. To name a few, they are: Presidential Director Ben & Glo Cuaresma, Presidential Director Nathan & Faith Demecillo, Presidential Director Christian & Jasmin Baluran, Presidential Director King Fortuna, and the Power Drive 7 group from Davao, Presidential Director Abel Lualhati, Presidential Director Joel & Virgie Amangan and a lot more.

He shared that through the past 6 years of FusionExcel International, the company's stability is matchless, it's solid foundation is gaining continuous success, and steadily conquering obstacles and adversaries through the years.
Mr. Paul Ting also acknowledged the fact that the Philippines now ranks 2nd to Malaysia in terms of total sales for FusionExcel. He said that the Philippines holds a special place in his heart because of the Filipinos' determination and resolve to thrive in this business and he won't be surprised if the Philippines become the top sales performer for FE.
FE's Founder CEO also shared his 80/20 rule and how he would be more than happy to focus on the 20 percent of his organization than the 80 percent. He explained that he focuses on the 20 percent of his organization that gives 80 percent of the result. He said that these are the people who can help push your organization forward. It's not about the quantity but the quality of the people in your team.
Before he left the floor for the next speaker, he reminded everyone that they need four things to be successful in FusionExcel; the Right Attitude, Commitment, Focus and be able to be the Perfect Bus Driver!
3rd Powerful Speaker, FE's Founder Director, Mr. KS Lee
FE Founder Director Mr. KS Lee took the stage next and he shared about the fine line that separates us in winning from losing. He said that we need to have the ability to persist, the courage to step out and do something different, and the ability to persevere. KS Lee explained that we can't afford to give up easily. He encouraged all FE leaders that when failure comes knocking "just do one more time, with more enthusiasm this time."
Last but certainly not the least, Presidential Director Pastor Art Medina was to take the floor next and Presidential Director Jeremy took the liberty of introducing one of the pillars of FusionExcel in the Philippines. Presidential Director Jeremy said that the Philippines is fortunate to have heroes who fought for the country's freedom.
But Presidential Director Jeremy said that there is a hero living among us today and he is none other than Pastor Art Medina. Presidential Director Jeremy said that he is a modern-day hero who continues to help people realize their full potential. Presidential Director Jeremy also shared that Pastor Art, through his own money, founded Health Excel, a Foundation that provides scholarship for the less-fortunate children.
4th Powerful Speaker, Presidential Director Pastor Arthur Medina
Pastor Art Medina proudly shared how the business that FusionExcel offers can be the key in helping other people experience the work of God. He said that to have the desire to do good work is one thing but to have the power and money to do good work is another and FusionExcel lets each and every one of us to have the power and money to be a blessing to others!
He also invited each and every one to attend all the trainings our distinguished Presidential Directors and FE Leaders are putting up, from Success Warrior to the various BEP trainings offered all over the country. This will only help them thrive further in this business.
Before he wrapped up, he called the two key people that help him realize his own dreams. He called it his modified binary business system. On his left leg, he has King Fortuna, and on his right, he called his beloved wife Marlene Medina. He said that without them, he won't be able to reach the success he's enjoying today.
