FusionExcel Sets Up New Factory Warehouse In Shenzhen, China

FusionExcel is proud to announce the opening of its brand new 11,000 square feet factory warehouse in Shenzhen, China. This factory warehouse will help take FusionExcel to the next level by providing logistic support to FusionExcel's Leaders worldwide. It is run by our team of experienced staff led by Alex Chim (Senior Manager), his wife - Vivi (Production Executive) and Chuan (Management Trainee) from Headquarter. Currently the team consists of 8 full timers and 18 part timers. FusionExcel's Founder CEO Paul Ting recently paid a visit to the Shenzhen factory warehouse and commended the team for their dedication and commitment to building FusionExcel into a global force. AHOO! AHOO!! AHOO!!!

Thai Presidential Director Jankij's New Office and "Mission Impossible" Training

FusionExcel's Founder CEO Paul Ting and Presidential Director KC Phoon were in Bangkok on Friday 22nd January 2010 and visited Thai PD Jankij's recently opened brand new FusionExcel office. Jankij's new office, much larger than his previous office, occupied an entire 4 storey building. It was well equipped with seminar and meeting rooms, storerooms and sales area to cater for Jankij's ever expanding team of Leaders (Jankij's target is to develop 150 new PDs for 2010! And we believe he will achieve his target given his dedication and his track record in leadership and training). On the day of Paul and KC's visit, 150 very committed FusionExcel Thai Leaders in Jankij's team turned up to hear Paul's speech on FusionExcel's Strategy and Direction For 2010. This was followed by KC and Jankij's motivational speeches which had the Leaders standing and cheering in enthusiasm. The atmosphere was highly charged with everyone who attended highly positive and confidant that 2010 will be an even greater year than 2009!

The next day, Saturday 23rd January 2010, Paul and KC was invited to attend Jankij's 22nd "Mission Impossible" Training at a resort in Saraburi, 3 hours drive outside Bangkok. The 2 Days 1 Night training, conducted every month, was attended by 250 new and very enthusiastic FusionExcel members. This was the second time Paul and KC attended Jankij's "Mission Impossible" Training. The first time was on 26th July 2009. Jankij's "Mission Impossible "Trainings produced 58 Presidential Directors in 2009. This shows that the trainings have achieved the desired results. For 2010, Jankij is targetting to produce 150 new PDs. Knowing how effective training is in producing quality Leaders, FusionExcel will be focussing a lot of resources in 2010 to train our existing and potential Leaders to build them from being merely Good leaders to Great leaders. Starting February 2010, FusionExcel is engaging Master Coach Dev Singh, the only Bob Proctor Master Coach in Asia to train FusionExcel's many Leaders to build them stronger and transform them to achieve even greater success.

Jankij's "Mission Impossible" Training on 23-24th January 2010 was a great success. There were a lot of sharings, role playings, motivational games, dancing and singing. Tears were shed, egos were broken and laughter shared. The atmosphere was electric, emotional and highly charged the whole time, as you can see from the following photos.

Paul left Thailand the next day, confidant that Thailand is in good hands and headed for Shenzhen, China (where FusionExcel has set up a brand new 11,000 square feet warehouse to cater for our growing market) and on to Hong Kong for a Leaders BEP at FusionExcel's new office on Tues 26th January.
