In actual fact, Hillary's Mount Everest expedition totaled over 400 people, including 362 porters who busily carried and transferred 10,000 lbs of supplies and equipment. Not to mention the 20 Sherpa guides and a dozen climbers who brilliantly orchestrated the ordeal of climbing and moving up to the highest peak.
They strategically built camps, ever-shifting and passing through the river of ice, with huge crevasses and frozen blocks of ice and rocks. They have to chip away the hardened ice to establish a route through the ice fall further up the mountain. All are contributors who made it possible for Hillary to reach the highest point on Earth.
Indeed, it requires great courage to take the challenge, a good deal of determination, careful and strategic planning, excellent equipment, exceptional skills and above all, TEAMWORK. It was not only Hillary who was almost dropped dead chipping away the harden ice, taking a whole day just to cut through 200 meters and then lay down exhausted to rest while another team of Sherpas take over plodding through the snow while others build new camp bases strategically all the way up just to reach the summit.
Edmund Hillary was the darling of the media and the whole world had him on the front page for days and the young Queen Elizabeth knighted him but nobody knew who those 400 people are. These people who face the same degree of danger and who gave equal amount of sacrifices.
Yes, I did planned and organized for my double achievement of clinching both FusionExcel's Top Stockist and Top Country/State Licensee Awards. I doubled my national production and tripled my personal stockist volume over the last 6-7 months. First is my friend and brother, Pastor Arthur Medina who, together from DAY ONE, developed this challenging Philippines market, a nation spread over 7,700 islands. We battled against all adversities together, we laugh together, cry together, sweat together and yes even bleed together. Without Arthur, winning the Top Country/State Licensee Award would have been a much harder climb. Incidentally Arthur is the current 2nd Top Stockist of FE and 2nd Highest Income Earner. Husband and wife team, Benjamin and Gloria Cuaresma, our wonderful downlines, the 3rd Top Stockist and 3rd Top Country /State Licensee. Wow!
The 2nd person I wish to thank is Catherine (Kaye) Caidic Macalinao, wife of Dr Romer Macalinao author of the books Scalar Energy Healing Potential and Scalar Energy Oxygen Effect. She happens to be a first cousin of Allan Caidic, FE's Endorser, too. Kaye is my chief administrator along with a dozen staff overseeing the Philippines operation with such efficiency, integrity and precision that it allows me the freedom to develop the global market, especially the HUGE North and South American market, which I have been busy developing over the past 1 year ! Boy, if you think the Malaysian, Thailand or Philippines market is big, wait till you see the American market ! It dwarfs every market and is about to EXPLODE !
And lastly, my brilliant and lovely wife, Christabel, a top notch MBA graduate who gave up her diplomat career so she could be with the kids and allow me to pursue this FusionExcel opportunity all out. Without her and the kids, my achievements would not had been what it is today. They are my inspirations, the apples of my eyes, the angels of my heart and after the LORD, they are my everything.
