Back in 2005, he was chosen to be the back-up singer for the World Renowned Singer and Performer, Josh Groban at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. In 2006, a great opportunity came when he attended the auditions for the reality show - American Idol in Memphis TN and made it past the 12,000 people and received a coveted "Golden Ticket" to advance to the fourth round of American Idol. Most recently, he advanced to the top 38 out of 35,000 on Nashville Star on NBC, his first Country Music Video went to the top 16 in the nation on CMT's Music City Madness. With these numerous achievements, he was also in demand for various hostings and TV shows.

The growing success of Ryan Gallagher’s music video is furthering his dream to be a top country music singer. Undeniably, he is an awesome young man with a very promising future and music career ahead of him.
