FE's Mindanao Leaders Summit and Achievers Recognition Dinner held on 30th October 2009 at the Grand Menseng Hotel was attended by many Leaders, Members and Invited Guests. Among the attendees were FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting, Presidential Director Pastor Art Medina, Presidential Director Joy Sta Teresa, Presidential Director Nathan Demecillo, Presidential Director Gloria Cuaresma (also Nevada, USA State Licensee), Presidential Director Christian Baluran, Executive Director Effren Fortuna (who Emceed for the night), Executive Director Em Torre, Jerome Vinarao (President Center For Arts Foundation Philippines and now FE's Social Entrepreneur), Superstar Singers Pinky Marquez and Allan Dale.
Highlights Of The Event Include:
- Performances by World Class Choir, The HIMIG Singers, Winner Of Many World Singing Awards.
- Welcome Speech by Executive Director Em Torre.
- "Hope For Children" presentation by Presidential Director Art Medina. Art took the audience down memory lane and narrated the beginnings of FE's "Hope For Children" starting with FE's "Christmas For Payatas" Charity program last year. Art also played the video of how FE contributed during the recent devastation caused by Typhoon Ondoy in Manila. It was enlightening to see how far FE has grown in a period of just one year! Well done, Art!
- Presentation by Center For Arts Foundation Philippines' President Jerome Vinarao. The Center For Arts Foundation is organizing a HUGE concert event for 10,000 people called "Echoes Of Dreams" at Araneta Coliseum, Manila on 30th November 2009. This event is to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Foundation and will be graced by many of Philippines superstars and world-class entertainers including Lea Salonga, Pinky Marquez, Allan Dale, Dindong Dantes, Myrus, Cory Quirino, etc. It will also feature a Guinness World Record Of The Largest Children's Choir (1,200 children from "Hope For Children" Choir) performing live in a concert! FE is proud and honored that FE's "Hope For Children" is featured as a major part of the show.
- Speech by FE Founder CEO Paul Ting, who in his usual open and frank manner, spoke passionately on FE's core principles of Integrity, Competency and Compassion. Paul also spoke on the need for Commitment (taking the business seriously), acting with Velocity, has a sense of Urgency and learning how to Delegate and Duplicate in order to succeed. Paul went on to share on FE's Blue Ocean Strategy of Social Entrepreneurship and how it is opening doors and new markets for FE, markets that normally shy away from Multi Level Marketing (MLM). It is a Blue Ocean indeed for FE!
- Mock Cheque presentations to Mount Apo Lions Club and co-beneficiary "Love The Children" Foundation (Pesos 150,000), NCCC Cares Foundation (Pesos 150,000).

- Speech by new Presidential Director Christian Baluran, who was a former Dean Of Medicine at the Philippines School of Technology and Institute in Davao, gave a truly inspirational account of how he overcame obstacles and succeeded to become a Presidential Director in FE. We are very proud of your achievement!
