FusionExcel Focus On Training In 2010

FusionExcel's focus for 2010 is on TRAINING our many Leaders to achieve greater success in MLM. The key to long-term success in MLM is in building network, NOT retailing. You may achieve some initial success when you do retailing but it is limited. Retailing cannot last because you will run out of your prospects sooner or later. MLM is powerful because of the concept of LEVERAGING on your network. The sky is the limit!

FusionExcel has built a brand around our Quantum Pendant. We have sold more than 2,000,000 Quantum Pendants in 150 countries around the world and we have close to 1,000,000 members. FusionExcel is by far the LARGEST seller of Scalar Energy pendants in the world today. But as pointed out in our "2010 Directions and Strategies", we have only achieved 1% of our potential. That means we still have 99% to go or in other words FusionExcel can grow 100 times bigger! In achieving 1%, we have built a global brand, built a reasonable size global network, created hundreds of millionaires, helped hundreds of thousands of people achieve better health and helped thousands of less fortunate children. Imagine if we can achieve the other 99%! We will be the biggest MLM company in the world!

Question is, how do we achieve 100% of our potential and grow 100 times bigger?

The answer lies in TRAINING. Remember, this is MLM (not retailing) and the key to long-term success is in building NETWORK. And the proven way to build network is by TRAINING. Which is why FusionExcel's focus this year is on training the thousands of Leaders we have and help them grow from Good To Great! We are focusing on raising the PRODUCTIVITY of our thousands of quality leaders, build them to greater heights and to achieve 100 times more!

Attend trainings and events organized by FusionExcel, such as Product Trainings (on Scalar Energy, How to do Demonstrations Correctly, etc.), BEPs, NEWs, SONs, Achievers Recognition Nights, Bob Proctor's "Success Warrior" which is a 2 days 1 night training program, Bob Proctor's "Wealth Warrior" which is a 3 hours training program.

FusionExcel is proud to work with Bob Proctor's only Master Coach for Asia, Dev Singh to train FusionExcel's Leaders. You will be trained to set up your individual Teams and to set measurable Goals for yourself and members of your Team in a structured and organized manner using weekly and daily action plans. The setting of MEASURABLE goals is crucial to your success. (e.g. Sell 2 Sets a week, meeting 10 prospects a week.). Without measurable goals, it becomes conceptual and subjective, very soon you and your Team will be lost like lambs in a forest.

On 02nd March 2010, FusionExcel's Consultant, Master Yap conducted training to a full house at Head Quarter on how to do demonstrations correctly with the Quantum Pendants. It is important to learn 4 basic demonstrations, Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Mobile Phone, which put FusionExcel on the map. You can win or lose a prospect depending on how you performed demonstrations on them. Remember, Practice Does Not Make Perfect, Practice Makes Permanent! Learn to do the demonstrations the correct way from day 1. If you do it wrongly, you will be PERMANENTLY wrong!
