Presidential Director Susanto's Leaders Training In Jakarta And Key To Success In MLM

Presidential Director Susanto's Great Team International (GTI ) held a 3 Days 2 Nights intensive training for around 100 of his key leaders at the D'Agape Resort, Ciawi, Jakarta, 08th - 10th February 2010. The training included a whole day Awareness Before Change (ABC) - Green Beret course conducted by Master Trainer Colonel Izaidin Samsoodee, who is a qualified Bob Proctor trainer and who has trained many successfully in Prudential. FusionExcel's Consultant Master Yap was also there to train the leaders on Scalar Energy and on how to perform the demonstrations correctly. Remember, Practice Does Not Make Perfect, Practice Makes Permanent. If you practise the wrong demos, it will be wrong PERMANENTLY! And knowing how to perform FusionExcel's simple flexibility, strength and balance demos is crucial to whether you can close a new prospect or not and that will be the difference between success and failure in your FusionExcel business.

FusionExcel's Founder CEO Paul was invited to attend the training and to talk about FusionExcel's direction and strategies for 2010. Indonesia is one of the ICI nations (the other 2 are China and India), which together with USA is where FusionExcel will be building our network this year. From what Paul saw at the training, Susanto has the foundations of a GOOD team in Indonesia. The key to making the team GREAT is Teamwork, as Nobody Makes It Alone, Not Even a Genius (quote from book 'Outliers' by Malcom Gladwell.). To build a Great Team, one must practice the Concept of The Bus (from the book 'Good To Great' by Jim Collins.) which is: First YOU decide Who Gets on Your Bus, Who gets Off Your Bus and Who Sits Where. So FusionExcel Leaders, you start by forming your own DREAM TEAM and place the team members in the role they can contribute the most!

Then you TRAIN them. Get everyone to attend FusionExcel's School of Networking and Bob Proctor's Success Warrior. Remember, this is MLM business, not Retailing. Set your Team's WEEKLY TARGET SALES, eg everyone in your team to market 1 or 2 sets a week (We have the amazing Quantum BeautyBar now as a repeat sales product, so it is not difficult to market 1 or 2 sets of product a week) and MONITOR every Team member with an Action Plan at your WEEKLY Team meetings.

At the early stage, there is no need to set vague targets like having 50 or 100 Presidential Directors in your group. It will come naturally. FOCUS on achieving EACH one of your Team member's target WEEKLY sales. At the WEEKLY Team meetings, if someone fails to achieve the target, as a GROUP encourage him. And if someone achieves beyond his target, recognise him in front of the GROUP. Give him a simple reward, eg a pin, a badge or a recognition certificate and get him to share how he did it. He will be inspired to achieve more and in the process inspires the others in the Team.

Bond with your Team. Do social activities together, eg. adopt a children's home, organise food for children's home, etc. There are many things you can do with your Team. Be a Mommy or a Daddy to your Team. Everyone can be a mother or a father but not everyone can be a Mommy or a Daddy.

To achieve SUCCESS in MLM is simple. But you need DISCIPLINE and DETERMINATION. Choose your Company ( in this case, FE), choose your Team, attend all the Trainings provided by FE, set WEEKLY sales targets for the Team Members, Monitor the targets. Be a Mommy or a Daddy to your Team. And Voila, you have made it ! You have achieved FINANCIAL FREEDOM for yourself and your family!
