The BEST FELLOWSHIP RETREAT EVER!! 120 of FE's TOP Presidential Directors and Leaders from Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, USA and Hungary gathered at the Corus Hotel Resort, Malaysia with FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting and Founder Director KS Lee for 3 Days and 2 Nights of fellowship, sharing, training, games, singing and dancing, not to mention the sumptuous food! It was the first time that the top Leaders from these countries gathered together to share their success stories, achievements and testimonials. It was POWERFUL stuff listening to these highly motivated and very successful FE Leaders talk, not just about making money but also about how they are helping their down lines to succeed and about helping the less fortunate of society.

Presidential Director Art Medina from Philippines presented on how FE and it's Leaders helped in the aftermath of the recent Typhoon Ondoy, especially with the building of 14 FE's "Water of Life with Scalar Energy" water stations around Metro Manila, providing clean, scalar energized water to the thousands of victims who are without clean drinking water. Unlike just providing bottled water, which is costly, FE's water stations can be used for years to come. This is catching the attention of the press because of its uniqueness and gaining publicity and goodwill for FE in the Philippines.

Presidential Director Susanto from Indonesia shared on how FE and its Leaders responded so quickly to help the victims of the Padang Earthquake in Indonesia. FE's Presidential Directors who did sharing include KC Phoon, Rachel Thomas, Jankij, Jeremy Looi,Don Chan, Dr Fadil, Sam Ho, Azizuddin, Allan Yeo, Tilly Kong, Paul & Doris Lee, Kapitan Eli & Raquel Demafellis, Steven & Doreen Tan, KK Tang and Nathan Demicello. New FE Leader Caroline Hong who is the Rotary Club President of Tebrau, Johore Bahru also shared on why she decided to join FE. You are all EXTRAORDINARY Leaders and FE is very proud, honored and blessed to have you all with FE sharing FE's Values and Vision of Social Entrepreneurship of creating wealth and helping the less fortunate of society at the SAME TIME! It is no longer about the money, it comes in abundance everyday, it is about building the WORLD'S GREATEST SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR platform to help society! Like Presidential Director Jeremy Looi said in his presentation "It is not just Money Wealth but Emotional and Mental Wealth that is equally important in life!"

FE Founder Director KS Lee did a great job conducting training for the Leaders. Topics include "The Job of a Network Marketer", "Creative Business Presentation", "Goal Setting". Founder CEO Paul Ting shared his Vision and Strategies with the Leaders, on why FE and its Leaders are so successful, starting with defining FE's core values and principles of Integrity, Competency and Compassion. On top of that, one must have Commitment, work with Velocity (Speed with Direction. Speed alone is not sufficient, Direction is crucial), have a sense of Urgency and learn how to Delegate and Duplicate.

Paul talked about FE's Blue Ocean Strategy of Social Entrepreneurship and how it is helping society, FE and FE's Leaders at the same time. Other companies provide only economic opportunities but FE provides economic opportunities PLUS social responsibilities in ONE PLATFORM. It is a strategy that is hard for new companies to copy or implement. New companies always struggle with teething problems and challenges associated with all new companies. Doing charity is not a priority for them. (FE has an experienced management team, established track record, branding, vast network of like-minded Leaders, the resources and the compassion to do so. New companies lack most of these.) Large established companies, with their many levels of hierarchy and decision making and being run by professionals, instead of entrepreneurs, will also find it hard to copy or implement such a strategy. They lack the velocity or the compassion necessary to make social entrepreneurship a success. This leaves the market all to FE, a Blue Ocean indeed! FE's Social Entrepreneurship strategy is attracting more and more quality leaders to FE and this is helping FE and its Leaders grow exponentially throughout the world, creating wealth and helping the less fortunate of society at the same time!
