FE's E-Pack is a very INNOVATIVE MARKETING STRATEGY that focuses on attracting New Members from the large non MLM market. These are consumers who are usually not keen to build networks fulltime but who are very likely to "recommend" a good product or concept to a few friends and dont mind making some money in the process. This is a very large and very powerful group which we are targetting.
FE's E-Pack provides both IMMEDIATE RESULTS and LONG TERM GROWTH for FE and FE's Leaders. FE's Leaders gets immediate results because the E-Pack is easy to sell ! It also provides long term growth because with many New Members joining ,the probability is high that a percentage of them will do FE's business full time, maybe not immediately but in due time, once they develop a long term relationship and have confidence in FE. In marketing, they call it "customer loyalty".
These New Members will start to use FE's products and talk about it to their friends. They will also be constantly checking their E-Wallets to see their monthly bonuses. There will be more Members wearing our QP and using our products and more traffic to FE's Website and Member Area which in turn will attract more Merchants to our MLP ! FE's Leaders who do the business full time will stand to benefit the most from the introduction of the E-Pack. That's why everyone is so excited !
Some of the generally asked questions about the E-Pack are: It is too good to be true ? Where does the money come from to pay the bonuses? Is it a money game ? The following are the answers:
1. The money to pay the FREE LEADERSHIP SHARE comes from the Leadership Pool ( which is part of the Global Marketing Plan) and from FE's own Marketing Budget. In order words, FE's Leaders and FE are subsiding marketing support to the New Members. Many MLM companies, when they are new, spend a lot of money to "support" a few leaders using their Marketing Budget. At this stage of FE's growth many of our Leaders are already making very good money, therefore there is no need to "support" them with money. The concept behind the E-Pack is to support ALL New E-Pack Members with a bit of money,to give them confidence, instead of supporting a few "Leaders" with a lot of money. It is less risky to support 100 New Members with $40 each than to support 1 Leader with $4,000. It is called " not putting your eggs into one basket". It makes our marketing budget stretch a longer way.
2. Yes, the value of the Leadership Share will go down but as explained, this will be offset by the increase in the Business Development Bonus which is far greater ! The maximum Leadership Bonus per account per month is around USD2,400. (30 Shares @ $ 80 per share). The maximum Business Development Bonus is a whopping USD18,000 per account per month. Our simulations have shown that at sales of 86,500 E-Packs, achieved on the 12th month (RM 460 Million Sales for the month) - the value per Leadership Share will only go down to USD 30.23 and the subsidy from FE to top up the USD 40 minimum guarantee works out to Rm 9.5 Million. Please note that at sales of Rm 460 Million per month, our payout to Leaders will be a whopping Rm 322 Million for the month. There will be a lot of very happy FE Leaders! FE's profit margin is around 10 % of the Rm 460 Million, which is Rm 46 Million, which is sufficient to subsidize 5 months of the FREE LEADERSHIP SHARE ! If you take into account the profits from month 1 to month 11th, it is more than sufficient to subsidise the guarantee of a minimum of USD 40 per FREE LEADERSHIP SHARE for 12 months. The key to note is that this guarantee is only for 12 months. Plus the E-Pack Promotion is only for a limited period of 1 year ending April 2011.
3. The above simulation is based on 100 % E-Pack sales. Dont forget we have the MLP and the usual 4+8 Business Packs. Sales of non E-Pack products will increase value of Leadership Share. This will help reduce FE's subsidy on the FREE LEADERSHIP BONUS. This will be the likely scenario in new countries. Most of them will be purchasing the usual 4+ 8 Business Pack instead of the E-Pack because of lack of FE's track record in new countries. The E-Pack will be the 2nd Wave in new countries.
4. There will be introduction of new non E-Pack products within the 12 month E-Pack Promotion Period which will have the effect of strengthening the value of the Leadership Shares and reducing FE's subsidy. This will also provide new opportunity to Leaders to further increase their sales.
5. In Year 2, the value of the Leadership Shares will rise again. This is because they are no new FREE LEADERSHIP SHARES being issued and maturing of the 12 month guarantee for the earlier batch of E-Packs (months 1 - months 11th).
6. Steps taken by Management to prevent overpayment of Bonuses due to introduction of E-Pack.
- Direct Sales Bonus for E-Pack has been reduced by comparison. Hope For Children does not apply to E-Pack. ( Continues to be applied on non E-Packs).
- Only 1 Business Centre with 900 PVs instead of 9 Business Centre of 100 PVs. This reduces likelihood of manupulating through controlled keying in of accounts to prevent flushing.
- Company's marketing expenditure as a % of sales will be reduced.
7. Is'nt the 30 Quantum Science products, which is part of the E-Pack ( to be chosen from any of the 4 products, QP, QBracelet, QBB, QFlask) too many ? The simple answer is NO. It is almost comparable to our current 4+8 Business Pack, if you take into account the reduction in the Direct Sales Bonus. People tend to forget the E-Pack cost Rm 5,300 compare to the Business Pack which costs Rm 2,380. It is 2.2 times more ! However the good news is FE will be introducing New and Exciting products ( our Quantum Pen, Quantum Charger and a high end QP) in the next 4/5 weeks to give New Members more choices in their E-Pack.
8. Is the E-Pack a money game ? No, it is a very INNOVATIVE MARKETING STRATEGY requiring small subsidies from both Leaders and HQ to attract New Members for both IMMEDIATE and LONG TERM BENEFITS. FE's E-Pack does not promise FIXED interest per month like money games. New Members get a marketing incentive in the form of a FREE LEADERSHIP SHARE.The value of the FREE LEADERSHIP SHARE fluctuates depending on sales. It is not deposit taking, either ! New Members buy valuable and useful Scalar Energy products for their own use or for resale. A typical money game will "sell" products that are of no value or very low value.
