FE's ‘BREAK THE BARRIER’ TRAINING, MUMBAI CHAKRA HOTEL, ANDHERI, MUMBAI, 8TH MAY 2010.

It was an exciting event for all the participants and the leaders. All barriers were broken! FE's Trainer Mr.Bala guided the participants systematically to understand that who they belief they are and what they believe their capability is only a mental conditioning. It was hilarious and lots of fun when he sited examples how they will be behaving if they had been adopted by a different race and raised with a different culture and religion.
The seminar modules were designed in such a manner to create an awareness of their true potential. The session dealing with their excuses, blame and justification was the point where all the participants realized their weaknesses. It was a challenging event for participants to look within rather than looking for answers outside.

At the closing all participants shared the same view that ' Break the Barrier ' is a unique training and this is the first time they attended such a training. The leaders appreciated Mr.Bala for opening their eyes and mind and thanked FE management for providing such a wonderful training. Bombay is now geared up for serious business activities !
