FusionExcel Sponsors RM 30,000 Towards Myanmar Chess Festival 2009

FusionExcel is proud to sponsor RM 30,000 (cash and products) to the Myanmar Chess Federation for its Myanmar Chess Festival 2009, which was held in Yangon between 25th October and 08th November 2009. Receiving the mock cheque from FusionExcel's Founder CEO Paul Ting and Founder Director KS Lee is the President of the Myanmar Chess Federation, Maung Maung Lwin who is also a FusionExcel Leader together with his up-line, FusionExcel Executive Director Jasen Khoo.
The Myanmar Chess Festival had its Opening Ceremony on 25th October 2009 and the Prize Awarding Ceremony on 08th November 2009. A total of 1,197 participants, including 1 International Grandmaster, 4 International Masters and 14 FIDE Masters took part in this event, which is the biggest chess event in Myanmar.

The Opening and Prize Awarding Ceremonies were well attended by the Sports Minister, the wives of several well known local personalities and the Chairman, Secretary General and members of the Myanmar Olympic Committee which includes Brdg Gen Thura Aye Myint, Daw Aye Aye, the Chairwoman of Women Sports, Daw Mu Mu Win, the wife of Gen Thein Zaw & Daw L Khwam Yee, General Secretary of Women Sports to name a few. FusionExcel's Quantum Pendants and Quantum Flasks were presented to several guests of honor.
