Power 7 Team's 2nd Achievers Night, Davao, Philippines

I was in Davao, Philippines for the Power Drive 7 Team's 2nd Achievers' Night at the Pinnacle Hotel and Suites on Saturday 18th June 2011 and it was an experience I'd never forget. The event was an opportunity for me to return to the city that I love. It was such a great privilege to be with our FE Leaders and distributors from the Durian Capital of the Philippines again.

After empowering the Davaoenos, along with other FE Leaders from every corner of the globe who came to participate in the recently held Success Warrior 3 in Davao, it was no surprise that they were able to already apply all the tools that they learned from our motivational workshop, leading them to this very night at the Pinnacle Hotel and Suites where we recognized the achievements they already attained in such a short period of time.

It was also a celebration of all the great contributions our FE Leaders have made, specifically Presidential Directors Nathan Demecillo and Christian Baluran, who both developed Davao to become an instrument for FusionExcel to reach even more milestones in the industry.

Success Warrior equips our FE Leaders with the momentum they need to thrive further in this business. Thanks to this great and inspiring seminar, Davao now has Success Warriors, each and every one of them has the mindset for success to fulfil all their aspirations in life


Spearheaded by Executive Director, Christine Gil with husband, Presidential Director Danilo Gil, along with Presidential Director Rogelio Caballo and his wife, Presidential Director Maricel, the night was filled with the energy and enthusiasm that will only help them achieve even bigger and greater things in life


As always, the ever supportive up-lines, Presidential Director Nathan and Faith Demecillo along with Presidential Director Christian and Jasmin Baluran, were more than happy to be with the rest of the Davaoeños for this night when all their hard work and perseverance were celebrated and recognized


The 2nd FE Achievers' Night in Davao was a showcase of FusionExcel's biggest and brightest as Presidential Director Nathan Demecillo and Presidential Director Christian Baluran both shared their success stories and how they traversed the road to success to get to where they are today. Encouraging words and uplifting lessons to learn created a great impact to the audience as they listened intently to the sharing.

With so much passion in my heart, I likewise shared my humble beginnings, how I endeavoured to pursue my dreams and to achieve my goals and aspirations. I am confident that, as we learn from each others' experiences and strategies, we will continue to be strong and stable in our continuous pursuit for excellence.




Before the night was over, the Power Drive 7 Team treated each and every one of us with an entertaining dance number, much to the delight of the crowd. It was such a significant event filled with joyous experiences!

Success Warrior 3 In Davao City, Philippines

FusionExcel made its way from the picturesque beaches of Subic to the scenic mountains of Davao to conclude the final half of a two-part experience that is Success Warrior 3.



In FusionExcel's pursuit to help our Filipino business partners be on par with the rest of the world, we made the trip to the Orchid Capital of the Philippines to meet with Presidential Director Nathan Demecillo, who was with his sister and brother-in-law who flew all the way from Singapore and Presidential Director Christian Baluran, along with their group of 150 enthusiastic distributors coming from nearby provinces of Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Cagayan, Nueva Ejica, and Manila to join the Davaoeños in their first step towards living the life of their dreams.

Nothing could stop us from getting there and motivate the people of Davao to have the right mindset for success and the astounding Loleng's Mountain Spring Resort was the perfect venue for Success Warrior in Davao. We were overwhelmed by the turnout that we had, almost doubling the attendees that we had from the previous two Success Warrior workshops. Davao is hungry and that hunger is so evident as Presidential Director Nathan's group showed their unparalleled and unrivalled participation in the seminar.


The "Mind Man" Master Coach Dev himself was on hand to bring across his motivational, as well as empowering, words to help the attendees unravel the best in them, teaching them to do whatever is necessary to fulfil all their hopes, dreams, goals and aspirations in life.

He taught the attendees that the key to success is to find the right vehicle for success and FusionExcel is that vehicle.

Each session of the Success Warrior seminar continue to build up more energy, creating more awareness for change and desire for success. The delegates listened intently as topics with depth, balanced with whole hearted inspirational ideals, help mould their state of consciousness. Through these, they will be guided to determine and clearly define their goals, giving them direction to excel, not only in their FE business, but in life as well.

I also shared my own tactics and strategies on how to be successful in life through various presentations that I prepared to give emphasis on how diligence and persistence pave the way for the road to success while ferocity and focus are the two factors that will help everyone in increasing their level of accomplishments and achieve their aspirations in life at the soonest possible time.

It was yet another very successful event for FusionExcel as Success Warrior 3 in Davao ushered in even more Success Warriors, each ready and willing to help our brand reach global dominance in the 21st century and the next.

My deepest admiration and gratitude to the Management of FusionExcel International, our Founder CEO Mr. Paul Ting, and Founder Director Mr. K.S. Lee for making it possible for us to bring Success Warrior to Davao and help empower current and future leaders of our industry. Also, to the FE team for once again giving their whole heart, time and effort in making sure this three-day workshop flow with efficiency, I salute you!

FusionExcel Holds Another Successful
Achievers Recognition Dinner

FusionExcel recently celebrated its 15th Achievers Recognition Dinner on 07 May 2011, at the Gloria Maris Restaurant in Greenhills, Philippines.




Attended by the top Leaders, Spokespersons and business partners of the FusionExcel family, the 15th Achievers Recognition Dinner showed the guests why FusionExcel is one of the world's top-grossing and fastest-growing multi-level marketing firms in the world.


Hosted by Presidential Director Efren King Fortuna, the Event kept the guests electrified, thanks in part to singer Allan Dale and Fiona who kept the crowd in attendance enthralled into the whole event. From capturing their hearts with Allan Dale's soulful rendition of Martin Nievera's "Say That You Love Me" to getting them bouncing with Fiona's upbeat performance of Ne-Yo's "Because of You" you can't help but lose yourself to the music that was reverberating all over Gloria Maris Restaurant.

Even the host, Presidential Director Efren King Fortuna, couldn't help himself as he sang along with the band. He even had a duet with Allan Dale much to the delight of the crowd.

The Event talked about how effective FusionExcel's Quantum Science products really are. Classic examples of which were the two videos that were presented, one was about a 91-year-old mother, Madam Beatrice Corpuz, who was having a hard time going through her life because of old age, and cancer patient, Maximo Miguel Lopez Garcia, who was losing hope in his fight against cancer.

The videos showed how FusionExcel's products can improve people's lives for the better!



Top Stockist and Top Country Licensee, Presidential Director Jeremy Looi was in hand to talk about how change plays an important part in a person's pursuit for self-improvement. He said that you can't change the forces that are beyond your control. What you can do is change yourself and you'll be surprised how the world around you changes for the better!

According to Presidential Director Jeremy, you should work hard on yourself more than on your job. He said that if you work hard on your job, you can earn a living. But if you work hard on yourself, you can earn a fortune! His words hold so true today, especially with the economic situation, not only in the Philippines, but in the entire world.

FusionExcel Founder Director KS Lee took the stage next and he emphasized the need to learn new things everyday because it is through the endless pursuit for knowledge that one can be a step above everybody else.

KS Lee founded FusionExcel in Malaysia with Founder CEO Paul Ting. Mr. Lee was also the one who made it possible for the FE Leaders here in the Philippines to experience first-hand, empowering workshops like Success Warrior to train the future leaders of FusionExcel.

Presidential Director Pastor Arthur Medina took centre stage next. While Presidential Director Jeremy Looi talked about how one should embrace change to improve oneself and Founder Director KS Lee emphasized the need to learn new things, Presidential Director Arthur, on the other hand, spoke of how motivation is not enough. According to him, one should have the right attitude too to be a success, not only in this industry, but in life in general.

In the end, all three Speakers managed to share some of the important keys to be successful and the guests were more than happy to absorb their strategies and ideas.





FusionExcel's new product, the Quantum Bed, was also unveiled for the first time in the Philippines. FE Endorsers "The Captain" Alvin Patrimonio and "The Skywalker" Samboy Lim were present to demonstrate its effectiveness to the audience.

The highlight of the night was when new Leaders of FusionExcel were recognized, starting with new Directors, new Executive Directors and finally, new Presidential Directors. All who were inducted were very happy to reach the goals they have set for themselves and each of them are ready for even bigger and brighter milestones to come in their lives

FusionExcel Leader Opens Office at Metro Baguio City, Philippines

New FE Office Now Open to Serve Metro Baguio City, Philippines

After one year of network building activities in Baguio City, the team of PD Chris Madrid finally opened up a new office in this summer capital of the Philippines. The team who is in-charge of the office operation is composed of the family of PD Paul Inso, his brother Derek and his father Atty Marciano Inso. The office is located at the tourist area of Session Road at Room 204 - 2nd Floor Pelizloy Bldg.

I assisted in the cutting of the Inauguration Ribbon with our VIP Guest Mrs Pricilla Fongwan, lovely wife of Benguet Province Governor Nestor Fongwan, to the cheers of the other VIP guests and FE Presidential Directors Leo Sungkip, Ferdie Bula, Melanie Dela Rosa, and Director Rosalie Rosalejos (from Davao City)!

This new office is open daily from Monday to Saturday from 9AM - 7PM.

Another Great Success Warrior Seminar, Philippines

Getting on the Bus is the First Step to Success!




This was the mantra instilled on the 100 plus attendees at Success Warrior 2, FusionExcel's three-day workshop held at the Grande Island Resort in Subic, Zambales, 3rd -5th March 2011 to help people realize their full potential and help them get on the right vehicle to success.

Subic's beautiful and inspiring scenery was the perfect place to give birth to promising Success Warriors who will help other people find their own path to success. Led by Philippines Country Licensee and Presidential Director Jeremy Looi and the ''Mind Man'' himself, Master Coach Dev, this gathering of Presidential Directors and FE Leaders were treated to life-changing activities, empowering them to move forward to a better and more successful future.



Success Warrior 2 taught leaders how to keep riding the bus to greater success. Master Coach Dev said it best "You are either on the bus or off the bus!" and the Mind Man shared how you can stay on the bus while keeping your eye on the goal.

For Master Coach Dev, having goals is important if you want to have a better lifestyle. Our lives were already given to us by God and Master Coach Dev said it is up to us how to live it. For him, goals are God's Only Answer to LifeStyle, and goals are the only thing that can move you forward.

Master Coach Dev also said that we must learn to dream BIG. Nothing is impossible to reach. As he puts it "Dare to dream the impossible dream and have the courage to go after it!" Don't let anything or anyone stop you from dreaming big because anyone can achieve anything once you put effort and time on it.


For over 18 years, Master Coach Dev has been teaching thousands of people how to train their minds for success and the Presidential Directors, Executive Directors and other FE leaders who attended the three-day workshop were more than happy to listen to his encouraging words, turning themselves into Success Warriors ready to take the future head-on.

Presidential Director Jeremy Looi also shared his own principles to help the attendees realize their goals and live better and more successful lives. For him, one must first learn the ABC's before we can change our lives for the better. The ABC's, which stand for Awareness Before Change, are important for us to wake up and start improving ourselves and our lives.

According to our Top Country Licensee, trials and tribulations always come our way. But you can't let them stop you from reaching your goals. He said we must learn to work our way around them. We must first take away and eliminate the negativity around us before we can move forward. Only then, can you apply the CBA's of reaching your hopes and dreams: Conceive. Believe. Achieve.







There were also other FE Leaders who shared their success stories to empower everyone like: Presidential Director Bong Hermosa who came all the way from Hong Kong, Presidential Director Joel Amangan, Presidential Director Christian Baluran, Presidential Director Nathan Demecillo, and Presidential Director Abel Lualhati. Each of them came from humble beginnings and they all shared how FusionExcel changed their lives and families for the best that it can be!







The highlight of the three-day workshop was when Master Coach Dev asked the attendees to publicly declare their commitment to achieve their dreams. It was a hard process for those who went through the exercise as most of them broke down into tears after realizing that it was the turning point in each of their lives. It was an awe-inspiring sight as each and every one felt renewed and rejuvenated as they turned their backs on all the negative things in their lives and are determined to pursue their dreams.

Indeed, Success Warrior 2 was successful in moulding the minds of the participants. Our sincerest thank you to the Management of FusionExcel International, Mr. Paul Ting, FE Founder CEO and Mr. K.S. Lee, FE Founder Director, for making it possible for us to bring back Success Warrior to empower current and future leaders in our FusionExcel business.
