"Hope For Children" Contributes RM 50,000 to Desa Amal Jireh Charity Foundation

FE's " Hope For Children " Charity program is proud to contribute RM 50,000 (RM 25,000 cash from "Hope For Children" and RM 25,000 to be raised by the recipient charity) to Tabung Kebajikan dan Pertubuhan Desa Amal Jireh. Receiving the mock cheque from FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting and Founder Director KS Lee was Desa Amal Jireh Foundation's Chairman and Founder Rev Terrence Sinnadurai witnessed by FE's Presidential Director Paul Lee. Rev Terrence is impressed with FE's concept of social entrepreneurship where social workers and business entrepreneurs merge together as one using FE's global platform. Rev Terrence is keen to participate in the program to help his Foundation achieve financial independance.

FE's "Hope For Children" on Thai National TV

FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting appeared on Thailand's Nation Channel TTV1's program "Khondee Me Sa Ra ", " Good Stories From Good People " with TV host Don Chan (who is also FE's Thai Country Licensee) to talk about FE's social entrepreneurship program "Hope For Children". Appearing on the program was Thai Movie Superstar Dr Sombat Methanee, with 700 movies to his credit, Jerome Vinarao, President of the Center For Arts Foundation, Philippines and 9 year year old Filipino singing sensation Clark Gamul who is a product of the Center For Arts Foundation. Clark performed 3 songs for the TV program. The Center For Arts Foundation, with many Filipino celebrities and artistes who contribute their time and effort to help train and groom talented children from poor families, has 11 centres throughout the Philippines and has trained over 75,000 Filipinos in the performing arts over it's 10 years history.
FE's "Hope For Children" Charity program will be collaborating with the Philippines Center For Arts Foundation and Thai Superstar Dr Sombat Methanee to set up a similar Foundation in Thailand to help train and groom Thai children from poor families in the performing arts. At the same time there will be exchanges of celebrities, artistes and talented children between Thailand and Philippines which will foster better relationships and goodwill between the two countries.

FE hopes that with the financial support from FE's "Hope For Children" Charity Program similar Foundations can be set up in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos in the immediate future and later throughout the world. FE believes that to change the world and to make it a better place we need to start with the children. Children are our future leaders and FE is proud that we are able to lend them a supporting hand !

The "Khondee Me Sa Ra" TV program similar in style to CNN's Larry King program, will be aired over 3 days on Sunday 6th September, Saturday 12th September and Sunday 13th September at 2.30 pm Thailand time.

Repeats will be aired on Thursday 10th September, Wednesday 16th September and Thursday 17th September at 2.30 pm Thailand time.

FE's "Hope For Children" Donates Baht 600,000 to Poor and Needy Children of Thailand

FE's "Hope For Children" Charity Program together with PD Jankij's team donated Baht 600,000 ( Hope For Children contibuted 50% ) to help poor and needy children of Thailand.

At PD Jankij's Presidential Directors Recognition Event on 30th August 2009 held at Rama Garden Hotel, Bangkok, FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting and Founder Director KS Lee presented mock cheques to the following :

- Baht 300,000 Library Hin Kong Withaya School, Khon Kaen

- Baht 200,000 Sutasini Noi-in Foundation, Yaso Thorn.

- Baht 100,000 for computers for Tung Pong Mitrapap School, Mae Hong Son

FusionExcel Donates VND 50 Million (RM 10,000) To Children With Innate Heart Diseases, South Vietnam

With FE's vision of social entrepreneurship & Hope for Children Charity program, FE Founder Director, Mr. K S Lee presented a mock cheque donation of VND 50 Million (RM 10,000) to Retired General Le Thanh Hai, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Sponsorial Association For Poor Patients together with a presentation of 60 Quantum Pendants for them to kick start the Social Entrepreneurship for Children with Innate Heart Diseases, South Vietnam.

FusionExcel Donates RM 100,000 To 5 Children Charities Through Miss Malaysia Inc

FusionExcel recently hosted 75 children & 12 officials from 5 Children Charity Organisations under its Hope for Children Charity program at its HQ. 5 former Miss Malaysias from Miss Malaysia Incorporated (a collaborating partner under FE's Hope For Children Charity program) namely, Ms Maggie Loo (Miss Malaysia Universe 1973), Ms Deborah Priya Henry (Miss Malaysia World 2008), Cik Siti Rohani Binti Wahid (Miss Malaysia Universe 1982), Ms Nancie Foo (Miss Malaysia Universe 1978 Runner-up) & Ms Joanne Ng (Miss Malaysia Asia Pacific 1985) were present together with Mr Kee Hua Chee, a distinguished journalist.

Highlights Of The Event Includes: -

- The children & guests were treated to a buffet dinner at FE HQ.

- Sharing by Ms Maggie Loo (who is also FE's Ambassador for Hope For Children ) on the plight face by under-privileged children all over the world and the reason why FE's Hope For Children Charity project was launched.

- Screening of FE's Christmas For Payatas video - a visual reminder of the plight faced by under-privileged children of the world and in this case, the children of Payatas, Philippines.

- Donation mock cheques RM100,000 ( RM20,000 each ) presentation by FE Founder CEO Mr Paul Ting and Founder Director Mr KS Lee to the following organizations through FE's collaborating partner, Miss Malaysia Inc.

i) Rumah Kids Klang represented by Ms Maggie Loo and Pastor Eileen Sim.

ii) The Somali Children Refugees Center represented by Ms Deborah Priya Henry and Encik Shafie Shafii.

iii) Yayasan Salam Malaysia represented by Cik Siti Rohani Binti Wahid and YM Raja Azizian Suhaimi Bin Raja Abd Latiff.

iv) Rumah Kids Subang Jaya represented by Ms Nancie Foo and Pastor Roy Tan.

v) Voice of The Children represented by Ms Joanne Ng and Ms Shamila Sekarajasekaran.

Thank You Jeremy Looi For Donation Of RM 80,000 (1 Million Pesos) To "Hope For Children" Charity

In true social entrepreneur spirit, FE's Presidential Director and Country Licensee of the Philippines, Jeremy Looi made a personal donation of RM 80,000 ( 1 Million Pesos) to "Hope For Children" Charity at it's launch on 08th August 2009 at PGRM. Thank you Jeremy for your kindness and generosity and for taking the lead in this worthy cause ! God bless you, you are an inspiration to all !

Social entrepreneurship as promoted and practised by FE through "Hope For Children" is the key to FE's vision to build a long term business by providing a platform for entrepreneurs to contribute to society. It is the key to the fellowship and bonding among FE's Leaders and Members, a common goal that provides unity, belonging and satisfaction, that will strengthened FE's roots and propel FE to the next level of growth and recognition in the world.
