FusionExcel Sponsors RM 90,700 Towards Klang District Special Education Sports Carnival

FE is pleased to sponsor RM 90,700 (comprising of Quantum Science products) towards Special Education Sports Carnival which was held in Klang recently. The carnival was organized by the Association of Special Education in collaboration with the district of Klang Education Office and administered by the National School Abdul Samat, Kapar, Selangor, Malaysia. It was attended by 23 special education schools in Klang area.

Contested events include Futsal and Netball for students with learning disabilities and Goalball for pupils with visual impairment.

The Carnival started about 8.00am with Futsal tournament for primary school and secondary school. Subsequently the Netball tournament for primary and secondary schools were held simultaneously. At 9.30 am, the tournament took a break for the Opening Ceremony event. Teachers and students took their place awaiting the arrival of guests, officiator and main sponsor of the Carnival.

The Opening Ceremony started with the singing of national anthem "Negaraku", followed by prayers and welcoming remarks by the Organising Chairman followed by speech from Mr. Abdul Aziz b Hj. Saidin, Chairman of Regional Special Education Association of Klang. Subsequent speeches were from representatives of major sponsors. Presidential Director Zainal Abidin b Adam represented FusionExcel International. The opening was officiated by Mr. Badrul Hisham, Assistant District Education Officer Klang.

There were gift presentations to the sponsors and officiator. Guests and VIPs were invited to lunch while a friendly netball match was held between teachers from SK Abdul Samat and SK Telok Gadong.

On the second day the tournaments started at 8.00 am with Futsal and Netball followed by Goalball between pupils with visual impairment. At the end of the program, prizes were given away by Hajjah Faridah bt Mohd Amin, Head Master of SK Abdul Samat.
