Developing and equipping the leaders has always been FusionExcel BBC Team's way of growing our business. Equipping the new fresh blood leaders are the essence in continuing the longevity of the business. Understanding this, the group decided to conduct a special Professional Network Marketing Course in collaboration with Open University Malaysia for the team. The course was held on 26th and 27th March 2011 at Empress Hotel Sepang with an attendance of 120 Members & Leaders and the trainer was no other than the energetic and sanguine Dr B.N Edward.
The training objective was to prepare the Members and Leaders with adequate knowledge and skills on the why and how to build a long lasting network marketing business. Dr B.N Edward moved and inspired the team to push forward that extra limit in the final sprint towards success. The fiery enthusiastic response from the participants at the end of the training indicated that it had been an enormous success!
The impact of the training was massive producing 4 brand new Presidential Directors who went on the stage to receive their Presidential Director Awards during FE's Achievers Recognition Dinner in March. BBC Team aspires to see 100 quality Leaders from the team to achieve the pinnacle by end of the year!!! We believe many more Presidential Directors are coming in April and May and together we'll make things happen as a team!
