PD Fellowship Lunch And Taking FE To The Next Level

Henry Ford once said "Coming Together is a Beginning, Keeping Together is Progress, Working Together is Success!" This sums up FE's Presidential Directors Fellowship Lunch held recently at MAEPS on 18th December 2010 attended by 600 of FE's very committed Presidential Directors and Leaders, dressed in Commando and Army outfits, for an afternoon of fun, games, prizes, fellowship and sharing. FE's Presidential Directors have been doing the Presidential Director Fellowship Lunches twice a year for the past 3 years with increasing number of attendees from many countries.

After the fun and the games, FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting took to the stage to thank everyone, including FE's staff, for being part of a Great Team and lead the assembled Leaders with FE's war cry of "AHOO! AHOO!! AHOO!!!". Paul went on to talked about "Taking FE To The Next Level in 2011", setting the direction for FE's growth in 2011 and beyond.

Founder Director KS Lee gave an inspiring talk on "Overcoming The Uphill Battle With Action!". This was followed by more inspiring sharing by FE's Spokesperson in Philippines Cory Quirino and FE's dynamic Presidential Directors Jeremy Looi, Rachel Thomas, Pastor Art Medina and KC Phoon. These 4 Presidential Directors are FE's Top Achievers and are FE's pillars upon which FE's global network is built. We salute you as commanders in arms!

FE's Vision is to be the World's Largest Platform for Social Entrepreneurship. Social Entrepreneurship is FE's Blue Ocean Strategy. We are not driven solely by making money but we are also driven by helping society. We believe in the concept of more you give the more you will get. This has been proven in our case, time and time again. When we become the world's largest platform for social entrepreneurship, we are, by default, the world's largest and greatest MLM company! The end goal is the same but the way we get there is different. Our way is more permanent and more meaningful.

There is a saying "If you live a meaningful life, you never really dies, instead you break into 1,000's of pieces, each of which stays alive within the people whose lives you have touched along the way". Building FE into the world's largest platform for social entrepreneurship is about living a meaningful life and building a Legacy.

In 2011, FE has been given the rights to organise the Miss World Malaysia Pageant. Our purpose to take on this project is twofold. Firstly, it is for our branding and secondly it is to raise more funds for "Hope For Children". Net proceeds from sponsorships will be donated to children's charities. Our bigger goal is to win the rights to host the Miss World Grand Finals in Malaysia itself. With a TV audience of 1 billion from around the world, can you imagine the branding that FE and "Hope For Children" will get!

To be a global force, we must Think Big! By thinking Big we are separating ourselves us from the majority who thinks small.

Napoleon Hill said "Whatever the Mind of Man Can Conceive and Believe, It can Achieve!"

For that reason, because we are entering one of the worlds's largest MLM market (potentially the worlds largest), India, we will be launching the "1 Million Sewing Machine for India" Campaign on 22nd January 2011. FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting was in India recently and by chance learned that a simple sewing machine, costing around RM 150, when given to a poor housewife, can be the means she can earn a livelihood to feed her family for 10 years or more, depending on the life of the sewing machine. Upon learning that FE donated 100 sewing machines on the spot in Orissa, India. When he returned to Malaysia, Paul did some calculations and decided to THINK BIG and put into action the campaign for "1 Million Sewing Machines For India" which will help change the lives of 1 million poor Indian families or 5 million poor adults and children.

FE will kick start this campaign on 22nd January 2011 by donating 1,000 sewing machines at our Achievers Recognition Dinner, which will be attended by Mrs Julia Morley (Chairman of Miss World), Miss World herself together with the 1st and 2nd Runner-Ups, the Mayor of Pune, India and many VIPs and dignitaries. This campaign will provide a major impetus for FE in India. It will enhance FE's branding and goodwill around the world and will take us closer to our goal of becoming the World's Largest Platform for Social Entrepreneurship!
