Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion, or simply, K.C. Concepcion, is a multi-talented host, model, actress and singer in the Philippine Entertainment Industry. She is the only daughter of actors Gabby Concepion and Sharon Cuneta, thus securing a status of being a showbiz royalty through birthright given the fact that her parents were the most popular couple back in the 80s who were both admired by millions of fans all over the country.

Currently she is the National Ambassador of the United Nations World Food Programme, Against Hunger, a humanitaria food aid organization out to help the impoverished communities in the Philippines
