RIVERSIDE, CA – Creating more opportunities for minority business owners has been a daunting task during the downturn of the economy over the last few years. The Multi-Cultural Biz Fest, created by the Latino Chamber of Commerce (grhcc.org), the Inland Empire Asian Business Association (www.ieaba.org), and the Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce (www.riversidecountybcc.org), provided connections to overcome those problems. The theme of this year's event was "International Business" and Riverside County Board of Supervisors and the Riverside County Office of Foreign Trade awarded business owners from each of the business organizations recognition for the Import/Export Businesses.
Riverside County Council members awarded business owners from each business organization recognition for Import/Export Businesses. Dr. Letitia Wright, D.C., well known for her television show “The Wright Place” (wrightplacetv.com), was recognized for her FusionExcel distribution business (www.fusionexcelnow.com). "FusionExcel is an alternative health product that is imported from Malaysia," says Dr. Wright. "It's currently being sold in over 160 countries and is still very new in American and California in general. I hope to make this 6 year old company a household name." Dr. Letitia Wright is an author, entrepreneur, business mentor, television host and upcoming film director. A former chiropractor and sports health specialist, Dr. Wright's "The Wright Place TV Show" is in its 12th season on broadcast television. Her offices are in Montclair, CA.
